1. Subscriber Information Subscriber must provide valid documents and accurate information for identity verification, address confirmation, and service activation. Turbo reserves the right to verify all information provided.
2. False or Incorrect Information Turbo reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if any false, incomplete, or misleading information is provided. Subscriber must notify Turbo immediately if there are any changes in their personal or service information.
3. Confidentiality Both Turbo and the subscriber agree to keep confidential any private information shared during service usage. Information may only be disclosed if required by law or authorized by the subscriber.
4. Ownership of Equipment All equipment provided by Turbo (including ONU, Router, Cable, or other devices) remains the property of Turbo. Subscriber must return the equipment upon termination of service.
5. Service Installation Turbo will install and activate the service within the agreed timeframe. Any delays due to technical or external reasons will be communicated to the subscriber.
6. Service Availability Turbo strives to provide uninterrupted service. However, Turbo shall not be liable for service interruptions caused by maintenance, technical issues, natural disasters, power failures, or events beyond its control.
7. Maintenance and Upgrades Turbo may temporarily suspend service for maintenance, upgrades, or repairs. Turbo will notify subscribers whenever possible.
8. Misuse of Service Subscriber agrees not to misuse the service, including illegal activities, hacking, spamming, or unauthorized reselling. Turbo reserves the right to suspend or terminate services immediately if misuse is detected.
9. Billing and Payment Subscriber must pay monthly charges within the due date. Turbo reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for unpaid bills.
10. Package Changes and Pricing Turbo reserves the right to modify packages, pricing, bandwidth, or service terms with prior notice. Changes required by government regulations may take effect immediately.
11. Suspension and Reconnection Service may be suspended due to non-payment or violation of terms. Subscriber must pay all outstanding dues and applicable reconnection fees to restore service.
12. Equipment Responsibility Subscriber is responsible for the safety and proper use of Turbo equipment. Any damage, loss, or misuse must be compensated by the subscriber.
13. Service Relocation Subscriber must notify Turbo in advance for connection relocation. Applicable relocation or shifting charges may apply.
14. Internet Usage Responsibility Subscriber is fully responsible for all activities performed using their internet connection. Turbo is not responsible for any content accessed on the internet.
15. Technical Requirements Subscriber must ensure proper electricity, grounding, and safe installation environment for Turbo equipment.
16. Reselling Restriction Subscriber is not allowed to resell Turbo internet services without written permission from Turbo.
17. Customer Support and Complaints Subscriber may contact Turbo customer support for any service-related issues, complaints, or assistance.
18. Termination of Service Turbo reserves the right to terminate service if subscriber violates terms, fails to pay bills, or engages in illegal activities.
19. Limitation of Liability Turbo shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss resulting from service interruption or usage.
20. Changes to Terms and Conditions Turbo reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published on official communication channels.
